Our desire is to provide clean, neat, functionally sound housing at a price that is affordable. To meet that goal, we attract investors that assist us in obtaining houses that have experienced neglect.

We rehab the houses for our clients and create profit for the investors that have invested in us. In essence, they have invested in YOU!

They have the financial means to support our mission of providing affordable housing. To do this, the entire transaction has to be a Win/Win situation.

You win by getting out of the rental treadmill where you money literally goes into someone else’s hands (the landlord) to pay off THEIR mortgage! In essence, you are buying them the house you are renting!

But, that can change with our Rent to Own Program.

Instead of buying the rental house for your landlord, you suddenly are investing in your own dreams, your own goals, your own HOME.

Our investors, in turn, provide the funds that make this possible. Through our rehab crew, we are able to create wealth from abandoned or neglected properties.

• Affordable Housing - this is our primary mission, to provide our residents and our tenant owners with housing that is both clean, attractive and affordable.
• Rental Units - not everyone wants to own a home. For those people, we provide rental properties in 1 - 4 bedroom homes.
